Workplace Investigations
A workplace investigation is a fact-finding process to determine whether certain types of workplace events have occurred. In most cases, the investigation is triggered by an internal complaint.
Resonance Inc. has highly trained trauma informed investigators experienced in conducting complex and challenging workplace investigations. Resonance Inc. is also a member of the federal Harassment and Violence Prevention Roster of Investigators.
Our investigation processes and protocols are based on 4 pillars:
timeliness; thoroughness; fairness; and confidentiality.
After collecting all relevant evidence in a manner that adheres to the 4-pillars, we provide our client with a written report setting out the evidence collected, our findings-of-fact and, if mandated, our conclusion with respect whether there has been a breach of law and/or policy. We also provide the organization with confidential recommendations arising from the investigation.
.
Resonance Inc. has served as external investigators for a broad range of organizations including regulated professional associations, the health care industry, first nations communities, municipalities, trade industries, education, not for profit organizations, in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
